Quirky Jewellery Pieces

Recently I was contacted by the guys over at Jewellerybox.co.uk wondering if I'd like to review some of their pieces from their website. If I'm honest, I immediately thought it wouldn't be for me. I only have a small jewellery collection, and since I like to wear colourful, quirky outfits; a lot of the time even the most beautiful of jewellery doesn't look quite right. It feels almost wasted on me! But oh my lord, how glad I am that I gave their website a visit anyway as they really do have something for everyone, even me! I couldn't help but be thrilled at the variation of styles, especially when I seen they have a selection of body jewellery too; amazing. After mooching through the website for at least an hour, I fell totally in love with their dinosaur collection of necklaces. They are absolutely adorable, and definitely a popular choice right now since everyone is going Jurassic World crazy. It seems dinosaurs are making a comeback, and I am on trend for once, woo! I was very kindly sent the orange dino necklace* which is just £15.

My favourite thing about this? It has a long chain! You've no idea how much it annoys me when necklaces are on a small, stupid chain that make me feel slightly claustrophobic. This bad boy is adjustable if you prefer it a little smaller/tighter, but I love having a long sweeping chain and he looks awesome with my collection of colourful outfits. As an added bonus, the lovely folks over at Jewellery Box also sent me a nose ring, woohoo! I can't tell you how perfect this timing is, as I am now ready to change my ring from the one that I originally got pierced with a few weeks ago. I've been wanting one slightly smaller and thinner, and this one I was sent is just perfection. Oh, did I mention? IT'S ROSE GOLD.

I wish my camera could do this thing of beauty justice, but trust me; it's absolutely stunning. A rose gold nose ring is something I've never seen before, and I never want to go back to silver again to be honest; it feels so unique! This beautiful nose ring* is priced at £18.
