Making Memories With Cheerz

If you follow me on Snapchat (Jemmamorgan) you may have seen me recently gushing over my latest pressie in the post from Cheerz, that photo company that never fail to just get me. Those fab guys let me customise a beautiful photo album* for myself, and the result was just wonderful!

I'm one of those people who loves taking photographs every single day. Whether it be selfies, the cat, blog photos, landscapes, artwork, whatever! I love to document everything. In fact, you may remember me creating a few photo themed DIY posts on this blog too; like the 4 Ways To Use Polaroid Photos, and the Photo Collage DIY. So yeah it's fair to say I'm a fan of photographs being kept, stored and displayed in different ways.

So when I had the chance to create my own printed photo album, I was over the moon! You get to select every single photo for yourself, and decide how pages are going to be laid out. I went for a range; some pages busy with lots of photographs and some just had one big photo spread across the page (this turned out gorgeous!) Once you know what photographs you want inside, you can customise the book itself. There are a range of beautiful pastel shades (my fave!!) to choose from, and I decided to go with the lilac/lavender. You also get to choose which photo is displayed on the front, and there are several options to customise the decoration if it's for a special occassion; such as a wedding or birthday. One of my favourite features though was the fact that we got to name the book down the spine, and number it! So for example, we went for 'Jemma and Gary' and numbered it book 1. Which means if we get more (definitely happening) then we can order it 2, 3, and so on. It means building up an amazing collection of memories in a gorgeous way!

I had so much fun creating this photo album, and the quality is absolutely astounding. Seriously. I was so overjoyed when it arrived and I surprised Gary with it. He knew I was ordering one, but didn't know anything else about it. The inside covers are even made up of collages of all our photos used throughout the book, and the whole thing felt super special.

We love it so much that we've decided we're going to make a new one every year, collecting up all the photographs from the previous year and building them each up into their own albums. So a huge thank you to Cheerz for allowing me to create something so special!

Would you like one of these for yourself? What sort of album would you create?
