Goodbye September

September has come and gone in the craziest, quickest fashion ever! I can't believe it's officially October tomorrow, my favourite month.

This month has had some amazing highlights; getting engaged, getting nominated for three Bloggers Blog Awards, catching up with old friends, creating some new products for sale that I'm really happy with, getting involved with some awesome blog collaborations, and FINALLY getting on top of my schedule so it's a little more enjoyable, a lot less crazy.

There are so many social media channels and platforms out there, sometimes it's hard to keep up with them all. Usually one or two favourites rises up for each of us. The ones we spend more time on, that make us feel happiest, or maybe more creative.

Today however I thought I'd chat to you guys about my absolute worst. The social media channel I loathe, basically, but still have. Join me in this Facebook hate fest wont you?

It's that time again where I get to share the love and tell you guys all about my advertisers for the month. This is so important to me, because I literally rely on these guys for support, and I genuinely want them to get that support back. They truly deserve it and it's a fantastic way to discover new people to follow too!

Happy hump day everyone! I hope this week is treating you well so far. I'm currently trying to bash my way clumsily through my huge to-do list, hoping it'll all be done on time for the weekend. I'm attending the Bloggers Blog Awards in Leeds, and I want my schedule to be as free as possible to enjoy the day with a clear head.

Darker, vampier shades are becoming more popular now that Autumn is here; and the new makeup range from Benecos is celebrating that! I was lucky enough to be sent some of this range to try out for myself, and you know I love any excuse to try new makeup, right?

I'm feeling rather determined to have a good week, especially since The Bloggers Blog Awards are this weekend and I'll be catching up with old friends too. Last week kept trying to drag me down truthfully, and I'm hoping this week goes a lot better!

I was recently lucky enough to be sent some of 4U2 Cosmetics Lipaholic lipstick collection* and I can't tell you how thrilled I was opening my post that day! Just look at all those beautiful shades. There's almost something for everyone, so I felt spoiled for choice.

So as I'm sure all of you now know; I recently got engaged. Among the champagne celebrations and staring at my new ring for hours on end, I've been planning the wedding already in my head.

Nothing absolutely set in stone of course, I'm simply enjoying looking at dresses, venues and pinning ideas on Pinterest. I suppose this is the nice easy part, the beginning, before all the stress.

I've always known what sort of wedding I want to be honest, and I really hope I can pull it off. I thought I'd share with you guys my first ideas I've been putting together, and it'll be fun to see how these things change nearer the time really.

I love lots of colour, and no matter what look I'm going for, I always like to make it vibrant if possible. So with Autumn now here, I've been looking for ways to alter my everyday makeup look a little.

I wanted something fun and unique, but leaning towards the Autumn hues and not necessarily sticking to the nude/brown shades. I wanted some hints of purple and gold too, as they're faves of mine and I thought they seemed appropriate for the season.
