My name is Jemma and I'm a total and utter stationery whore. Yep, I said it; I'm addicted. Whether it's browsing Korean websites for adorable Kawaii goodies, or finding one off little gems on Etsy; I'm constantly on the lookout for more. Stationery is my thing. So when I got the opportunity to receive oe of Yoohoo Mail's* subscription boxes, I practically jumped at the chance.
Hello little unicorns! (Soz, I'm in a weird mood.) I hope you're all having an incredible week so far, and have nice plans for the weekend. This week I've been organising my office, trying to categorise everything and give it a good overhaul so it's the perfect place for me to work on all my projects. I'll probably do a post on this soon to be honest. But anyway, in the middle of my tidying, rummaging and organising; I found a bunch of polaroid photos I had printed a few months ago (from Polargram).
They are the nicest bunch of random photos of completely different memories, friends and times in my life. Some old, some recent; but all awesome. Sadly they were just sitting in a drawer and I felt they were being completely wasted. So why not use them for a DIY?
I decided I wanted to build up a cute collage and frame it, and luckily I already had a spare frame hanging around. I collected some pretty papers, stickers, washi tape, buttons and some AMAZING prints which I had bought from Toni over at Lemon Freckles a while ago. These were made for bunting, but I kept my bunting quite short, so I had one or two images over that I decided to use in this collage.
After that it's just a case of arranging everything until you're happy! The joy of this project is that there is no right or wrong way to do it; just go with whatever you find aesthetically pleasing and you're onto a winner. Mine is one bursting with different colours and textures, and has a really happy vibe about it.
I think something like this would be perfect for a DIY gift for someone, or simply brightening up a room :) What do you guys think?

Instagram is my little online moodboard, my quick source of inspiration and a place where I can always rely on a burst of colour and beauty. You can find me posting on my own Insta, at least once a day and I do try to keep it full of life and pretty things. There are some Instagram accounts I adore a little more than others, as they seem to be the ones I visit on a regular basis and fall in love with! Okay I said they are not in any particular order but to be fair, Chels might just take the top spot. I found her on Tumblr years ago and I've been obsessed ever since. Her colourful hair, the cute indie/girly clothes, the 90's nostalgia... Oh Chels, you have me totally smitten. If you love lots of bright colours and girly themes, this is one for you.

Another discovery from my Tumblr obsessed days! (I still use it, but I used to live on Tumblr..) This girl is like a colourful unicorn of happiness. She manages to find the weird, wacky and unusual; and make them totally fun. I'm addicted.

You all know Claire, right?! If you don't already follow her blog, you should go visit and see what you're missing out on immediately! Claire has the most beautiful, girly, adorable Instagram feed, and is definitely a little face I enjoy seeing pop up. With a preference for all things pink, and fun childish themes; it will feel like you've entered the bedroom of a princess.

If you fancy something a little edgier, then Sabrina is the girl for you. Her Instagram is a constant source of fun and attitude thrown in with plenty of glitter. You can't help but envy this girl no matter what your own style is, and she'll show you that Art can be anything you make it.

Jenny Everyday is a very accurate name for her Instagram. She shares her daily life snippets focusing on all the beauty she encounters, and it's a treat to scroll through her feed. Expect plenty of sweet treats and cute homeware.

All things bright, colourful and FUN; that's how I would describe Elizabeth's Instagram. I discovered this only a few months ago, and I've been obsessed ever since. She also owns the most amazing little online store which is chock full of goodies to make any Kawaii girl swoon!

Kat is a blogger who I am constantly envying. She is stylish (100% in her own way), cute and smart. A Parisian blogger who always translates her posts into both French and English, sharing her day to day outfits, cute finds and inspirations. Her Instagram is much of the same, showcasing plenty of white washed pastels and bright photographs. You'll love her!

Toni is another blogger who I admire greatly and I genuinely visit her blog/Instagram on a daily basis, to give me a boost of inspiration when really needed! She is a creative soul and can always be seen sharing her latest illustrations, designs, crafty endeavors. I love seeing other creatives and Toni is such a wonderful, lovely person too to boot!

Pink and yellow everywhere! Sam has a very clear and pretty theme going on, perfect if you need to get in the mood for Summer. Think beautifully staged photos, sweet treats and some of the cutest outfits you'll ever see! It's such a happy theme, that I can't help but fall in love with its sickly sweet feed.

Sometimes there are moments when you just need to share the love, and throw some positive vibes around. So today's post is going to celebrate five other beautiful blogs you should visit. Now, before you think I'm really lovely and sweet, let me clear; I'm being totally selfish. Being positive towards others makes me feel all warm and fuzzy, and I'm in it for the fuzz. (#weirdestquoteever)
There are a few lists of blogs I could have done; Favourite ever blogs, the funniest blogs, most inspiring... etc. But I'm going with the the prettiest, and by that I don't mean that these are pretty with no substance. Toni's blog 'Lemon Freckles' is the very epitome of cute! Filled with sweet pastels, fun features and amazing illustrations; my little kawaii heart aches every time I visit.
Im Being Erica
Erica's is a blog I've only recently discovered, but I can honestly say my heart has been stolen. It's a place of beauty and brightness! No matter what she's writing about she brings a pretty spark to everything :)

Scribbles Of Valerie is a blog I always come to for inspiration and sweetness on the eyes. Valerie blogs about all the little joys in life and does it in the most elegant way. Pretty is an understatement here, I think you'll agree.

If there's one thing I appreciate in a blog, it's a little bit of pink! Rebecca is clearly another fan of all things girly, and I love it. She's one of the sweetest people, and her blog is a delight of princessy treasures. Worth a visit from all of you!
