Inside My Journal

Hi guys, happy Tuesday! Today I wanted to share with you my most precious item that follows me everywhere these days - my journal! Prepare to delve into a colourful, messy world of scribbled notes and cute stickers.

You've probably seen the huge craze of bullet journalling making the rounds everywhere the post few months, it's hard to avoid. Personally I LOVE it, it's right up my street as a stationery obsessive. If you aren't familiar with it, basically it's a way of making your own journal, with a blank notebook, laid out however you want, and using a system of bullet points and an in depth index to keep things organised. I recommend watching some Youtube videos, as you'll understand better. When I first discovered this system, I got reaaaaally excited (yep I'm lame). But there was one little problem. The whole bullet journal thing seems to revolve around short and sweet bullets, getting to the point, and keeping everything laid out neatly. It's even common practise to have a 'key' for what each different type of bullet means (like - could mean tasks, a circle could mean upcoming activites, etc). Sure there are bullet journal masters out there who are making their own awesome, unique ones and decorating them fabulously; but the felt I'd still be a little restricted if I did things that way.

Stick to Stigu Planner

Let me start today by admitting to you guys I already have a bunch of planners; I'm a bit addicted. There's no easier way to tempt me than to put a blank, pretty planner in front of me - you can be sure I'll buy it within minutes. The problem I usually have though is I don't have one single planner that is completely perfect for me. Functional, useful, nice layout, pretty, etc. There's always something. So when Stigu got in touch with me and asked if I'd like to receive their planner to try out, I thought 'Hell yes!'.

The Planner You NEED - NOW

Two things before we begin.
1. I'm sorry but this post is gonna be photo heavy. (I'm not really sorry, it's adorable.)
2. Do you know Claire? You should, she's utterly amazing. But be warned, she will drain your bank balance. You see, she recommended this planner to me. So she's to blame if you find yourself immediately clicking 'Add to cart', okay?

So yeah, last week I posted on Twitter asking if anyone had any recommendations for cute planners/organisers I could buy, as I really needed a new one. Claire immediately recommended the Bando 'I am very busy' planner to me, knowing I'd love it. And oh my lord she was right as ever. Allow me to share with you just a snippet of some of the beauty inside this amazing planner...

I could go on for days and days posting photographs of all the cute pages and features included with this baby, but I'm too excited to start filling it in truth be told. It's available for $20 which works out at about £12-£13 GBP; which I thought was fantastic considering this is a 17 month planner. It starts August 2015 until December 2016 and I plan on filling it to the brim with plans, notes, wishes, creative ideas and much more!

It's a kawaii girls dream planner, even including adorable stickers and a secret code!
What's not to love?!
